Accessibility

We want everyone 21 and older to be able to browse our menu and order from gp716.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

• The site is built to work with screen readers and with a keyboard alone: visible focus, text alternatives for images, labelled form fields and readable color contrast.
• Our menu, product and information pages are checked with automated accessibility tests on desktop and phone sizes before each update goes live, and every day on the live site.
• Pages follow your device’s reduced-motion setting, and the home page video has pause and sound controls.

Need help, or found a problem?

If any part of the site doesn’t work for you, from browsing the menu to checking out, call 716.796.0040 during store hours: a Cannabis Educator will help, and our staff can take your pickup order over the phone. You can also email hello@gp716.com. Tell us the page and what happened, so we can look into it.
