These Terms of Use govern your use of gp716.com, operated by Green Philosophy 716, Inc. (“Green Philosophy 716,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be 21 or older

This site and our products are only for adults 21 and older. By using the site you confirm you are at least 21. We verify age and identity with a valid government-issued photo ID before completing any sale.

Licensed in New York

Green Philosophy 716 is a licensed adult-use cannabis retail dispensary in New York State (license OCM-RETL-24-000116; cannabinoid hemp retail license OCM-HMPR-22-03925). All sales take place at our store at 101 Slade Avenue, West Seneca, NY 14224, in compliance with New York law. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law. Don’t take cannabis products across state lines.

Online orders

• Online orders are reservations for pickup at our store. An order isn’t complete until you pick it up, we verify your ID, and payment is made.
• The person who placed the order must pick it up and show ID matching the order.
• Menu availability, prices and promotions change frequently and may differ from what’s shown. We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or correct errors in pricing or product information.
• Purchases are subject to New York’s possession limits: up to 3 oz of flower or 24 g of concentrate.
• Online ordering, rewards and payments are provided by third parties (such as Carrot and Aeropay), and their terms may also apply.
• Because of New York cannabis regulations, we generally can’t accept returns of cannabis products. Ask us in store about any product concerns.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
